***This position is located in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will reside within, or is willing to relocate for this role.***


You will:

  1. Cultivate and maintain relationships with Building Owners, Facility Managers, Property Managers, and the internal team to execute solutions effectively.
  2. Establish trust with customers by tailoring technical advice and project layouts to their specific building needs and constraints.
  3. Expand outreach beyond the current customer base to target new owners and end users.
  4. Focus on preserving and converting existing/new accounts into Technical Service Agreement accounts while cultivating them.
  5. Identify, evaluate, and pursue new sales opportunities aligned with annual goals.


You should:

  1. Hold an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related studies; or have equivalent work experience.
  2. Possess three years of relevant experience in sales, construction, or technology, demonstrating strong communication skills.
  3. Show proficiency in basic computer systems, including the MS Office suite, while exhibiting passion for continuous development in selling skills and self-motivation.
  4. Be capable of lifting and carrying various items and maintaining a satisfactory driving record, allowing you to operate a company vehicle or receive an auto allowance.
