Job description:

This company is a food and beverage industry leader that supplies products to the top retail chains across all distribution channels through ingredient sourcing, product development, managing every element of packaging, and producing and distributing finished goods.    

They are in need of a Director of Beverage Operations to help grow product revenue. As a Director of Beverage Operations, you will work with every department to improve overall production, quality, and business systems and processes.   

Responsibilities:

• Develop operating procedures and practices in compliance with SQF and HACCP and understand USDA and FDA guidelines
• Utilize ERP, coordinate production scheduling, and maintain a production forecast
• Review QR/QC reports, production supervisor paperwork, and maintenance needs

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
• 5+ years of operations experience in food & beverage processing and industrial environment
• 5+ years of experience in a beverage manufacturing environment
• 5+ years of experience with food & beverage processing equipment knowledge
