Flavors Sales Executive

The Role:
We’re looking for a Flavor Sales Executive who is technically trained and thrives on building long-term, trusted client relationships. This is not just a sales role—it’s about translating customer needs into breakthrough flavor solutions and collaborating with our internal R&D and applications teams to deliver on what’s promised.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of food, beverage, or nutraceutical customers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through industry relationships, prospecting, and referrals
- Collaborate with technical and R&D teams to develop flavor solutions that meet customer briefs
- Serve as the bridge between the customer and the lab—translating commercial goals into technical action
- Present flavor demos, prototypes, and technical benefits confidently to both R&D and procurement stakeholders
- Maintain regular contact with clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth
- Track and report on sales activity, market trends, and competitive insights
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of flavor industry experience—sales or technical applications
- Strong technical foundation (food science, flavor chemistry, or applications experience preferred)
- A relationship-first mindset—you’re trusted, genuine, and consultative
- Excellent presentation, communication, and project management skills
- A passion for the flavor industry and a desire to be part of a team that’s all in
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and team collaboration
