DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

You will evaluate and approve (or reject) funding requests from Field Sales with input from Finance.

You will manage and optimize all Retail Sales cost center budgets.

You will act as the liaison between Retail Business Administrators and Finance departments regarding workflow needs.

You will utilize syndicated data and internal metrics (revenue, spend, ROI) to evaluate and select customer-specific trade rates and slotting approvals with minimal risks.

You will identify specific examples of trade spending effectiveness best practices and share them across the Retail Sales team.

You will manage one direct report.
SKILLS

You hold a Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.

You have 5+ years of experience in CPG sales and/or finance.

You identify as highly motivated and analytical.

You demonstrate a background in proven leadership.

You are open to 20% travel.
