Location: Must be based in the New York Metro area – this market needs someone who knows it inside and out.
Full-Time | Field-Based | Immediate Need
This is a unique opportunity to take the reins in a flagship territory for a very well-known and respected brand in the foodservice industry. In fact, New York was the original market where our company got its start—so this role carries both legacy and impact. We’re looking for a seasoned, street-smart sales leader who lives and breathes the NY foodservice scene. You’ll need a deep understanding of how to work with brokers and distributors, because this role is all about executing with precision and driving results in one of the most complex and competitive markets out there.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and grow sales in the New York Metro foodservice market
- Actively manage and lead broker partnerships—this isn’t your first rodeo here
- Build, strengthen, and maintain distributor relationships that drive velocity
- Be out in the market, in accounts, side by side with your customers and partners
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that move the needle
- Provide market feedback to leadership and collaborate cross-functionally
Who You Are
- Based in NY (no exceptions) – you’re in it and you get it
- Have 5+ years of experience in foodservice sales, including distributor and broker management
- Thrive on being out in the field – you’re not behind a desk, you’re in the action
- Know the hustle it takes to win in the foodservice channel
- Love solving problems, building partnerships, and celebrating big wins
