Regional Sales Representative
Location: Remote (U.S.-based with easy access to a major airport)

We’re seeking a high-energy, relationship-driven Regional Sales Representative to join our growing team. This remote role is ideal for someone who thrives on connecting with customers, identifying needs, and offering tailored, solution-based sales—without needing to be overly technical. If you love building relationships and bringing energy to every conversation, we’d love to hear from you.
Who You’ll Work With:
You’ll engage with a mix of end users, integrators, and distributors, helping them solve real challenges with our innovative solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
? Experience in Manufacturing (Preferred)

Familiarity with the manufacturing world—its language, challenges, and opportunities.

Experience in automation or industrial environments is a plus but not required.
? 2–3 Years of B2B Sales Experience

Proven success in business-to-business sales, especially with end users or integrators.

Strong track record in solution-based selling—you know how to uncover a customer’s needs and show them how your product is the answer.
? Engineering Background (Nice to Have)

An engineering degree is helpful but not required.

While technical expertise isn’t the focus, a general understanding of how things work will serve you well.
