This leading global manufacturer in sustainable cooling systems and commercial HVAC has been in the game for almost a century.  Active in over 80 countries, they are continuing to grow at a rapid pace.

They are in need of a Regional Sales Manager with great experience selling in HVAC or industrial equipment industries to drive direct sales and business development throughout the assigned territories.

Responsibilities:

  • Covering key stakeholders
  • Setting goals, coaching, and strategic planning with Channel partners
  • Evaluate any growth opportunities within new territories
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients
  • Coordinate with marketing support for marketing strategies for trade shows, seminars, or other industry events. 

Requirements:

  • Technical Degree in engineering or business degree with a successful track record selling engineered capital equipment
  • Experience and proven track record working on industrial or HVAC projects
  • Experience and proven track record managing international channel partners
