First and foremost, I am Chicagoan born and raised! I started my career in hospitality and won the Hospitality Hero award with Restaurant Associates in my first year. I was the fastest to win the award in company history. Recognized for my people skills and ability to go above and beyond, I was recruited to the financial firm UBS, which was a client of mine. I worked as a client service associate for the Chicago Wealth Management branch as a direct report to the branch sales director. Staying in finance, I was then recruited by a direct competitor at Robert W. Baird into a Divisional Associate position. Here, I worked directly for the Eastern Divisional Director. This is where I began to hone in on my recruiting skills, as I recruited and onboarded branch managers and financial advisors into locations across the US. I was then recruited to Global Recruiters Network to become the company’s Manager of Franchise Development, helping source and bring on 20 new franchise owners between 2018 and 2019. Again, being recruited by a direct competitor, I went over to Management Recruiters International, to become the Director of Membership and Subscription Sales. In this role, I was responsible for developing the company’s sales process, marketing initiative, and sourcing funnels. Most recently, I decided to hop on the other side of the recruiting table and join Miller Resource Group.

I love the recruiting industry and especially love building strong relationships with both clients and candidates. Helping others accomplish their goals and aspirations is my passion!

Outside of work, I love to stay active. You can usually find me running a local 5K, catching a Cubs, Bulls or Bears game, going to a concert, and spending time outdoors with my loved ones.
