Chief Financial Officer | Multi-Line High-Growth Business

Location: Remote (U.S.)

We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead and scale the finance organization of a fast-growing, multi-line business. Reporting to the CEO, this executive will drive financial strategy, operational rigor, and long-term value creation across four business units.

What You’ll Do

• Define and execute the company’s financial strategy, partnering closely with leadership.
• Oversee accounting, FP&A, treasury, tax, and audit functions, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance.
• Provide insights on performance metrics, unit economics, and profitability across all business lines.
• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing finance team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Manage cash flow, capital allocation, risk, fundraising, and potential M&A activity.
• Implement and optimize financial systems and processes to support rapid growth.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance leader in a high-growth environment.
• Experience managing finance across multiple business lines or product segments.
• Strong expertise in FP&A, accounting, and financial strategy.
• Demonstrated success building and scaling teams.
• Experience in digital, fintech, subscription, or trading businesses preferred.
• CPA, MBA, or equivalent advanced finance experience preferred.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
