With nearly 20 years of recruiting experience, I specialize in building relationships within the Food & Beverage Manufacturing and Industrial Automation industries. My focus is on helping companies grow their world-class teams, providing hiring leaders with access to an extensive talent network I’ve developed through years of industry experience, conference attendance, and networking. Manufacturing clients turn to me for a targeted and efficient approach to filling critical executive-level roles, from C-Suite to Manager positions. My deep understanding of the industries I serve comes from actively participating in conferences, tradeshows, and industry events. This hands-on approach allows me to truly understand my clients’ businesses and hiring challenges, ensuring I can connect them with the right professionals. I’m known for being pleasantly persistent, which helps my team and me engage with top passive talent. The time we invest in understanding executives’ goals and motivations allows us to connect with them faster and align them with companies where they can thrive. Over the years, I’ve built trusted relationships with both clients and candidates—many of whom see me as their first call when exploring new opportunities or making key hiring decisions. Beyond recruiting, I am an active leader in industry organizations, serving as President of Food Executive Women (Chicago) and contributing to groups like Women in Manufacturing and the Women’s Meat Industry Network. I’ve also spoken at numerous industry events, including North American Meat Institute’s Workforce and Safety Conference, IPPE, and MRINetwork United events. Outside of work, I’m a mother of two and involved in local nonprofits like Batavia Mother’s Club, Fox Valley Food For Health, and my children’s PTOs. I firmly believe that helping others—whether professionally or personally—allows us to become the best versions of ourselves.
