  • Experience designing control panels, PLC/DCS control systems, remote I/O, industrial networks, low-voltage motor controls, variable frequency drives (VFDs), emergency-stop circuitry, and related industrial control system hardware.
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD, AutoCAD Electrical, or comparable engineering design software.
  • Working knowledge of PLC, HMI, SCADA, DCS, and industrial control networking technologies.
  • Understanding of process control and/or manufacturing processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage technical responsibilities throughout the complete project lifecycle.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common business applications.
  • Professional, collaborative, and adaptable working style.
  • Ability to work outside standard business hours when project requirements demand it.
