Title: In-House Confectionery Sales Director
Location: Holmdel, NJ (on-site; within 45–60 min commute)
Compensation: $80k–$120k base + commission

Overview:
Lead wholesale, retail, distributor, and broker network sales for an in-house confectionery portfolio. Drive revenue growth and expand retail presence through strategic relationships and targeted sales execution.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow sales across wholesale, distributor, and retail channels (e.g., grocery, convenience, drug)

Oversee and optimize broker network to ensure consistent execution and performance

Build relationships with key retail/wholesale buyers; leverage existing industry contacts

Create and implement sales strategies tied to revenue goals

Collaborate cross-functionally on product launches, promotions, and market expansion

Represent the brand at trade shows, buyer meetings, and industry events

Deliver data-driven sales analysis and regular reporting
Qualifications:

5+ years of confectionery or CPG sales experience (candy/snack preferred)

Broker network leadership experience highly preferred

Existing relationships with retail or wholesale buyers strongly preferred

Proven record in account growth, negotiation, and organizational ability

Analytical mindset with experience in sales performance tracking

Entrepreneurial energy, enthusiastic demeanor, aligned with a small, family-run brand
