About the Opportunity

A manufacturer of advanced textile products supporting U.S. defense applications is seeking a hands-on Printing Technician to lead daily printing operations.

This role requires an experienced industrial textile printing professional who can keep production moving, resolve technical and quality issues, manage priorities and supplies, and develop operator capabilities with minimal ramp-up.

Core Experience

• Industrial textile printing
• Flatbed and/or rotary-screen printing
• ZIMMER A PLUS equipment
• Hands-on production leadership

Required Qualifications

• Direct industrial textile experience with flatbed and/or rotary-screen printing equipment.
• Strong knowledge of printing-machine functions, process components, setup, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.
• Ability to support the printing department while remaining actively involved in daily production and operator support.
• Willingness to work onsite and relocate if necessary.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production priorities and support operators while keeping the Manager informed.
• Diagnose and resolve machine and printing-process issues.
• Ensure preventive maintenance is completed on schedule.
• Monitor print quality and address defects.
• Train employees and strengthen operator capabilities.
• Manage printing inventory and order materials and supplies to sustain production.
• Coordinate and document work with vendors, contractors, and coworkers.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports.

Working Conditions

• Onsite work in a non-climate-controlled production area.
• Standing for up to 10 hours per day.
• Occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.

Relocation is available for qualified candidates.
