Title: Product Engineer

Location: Detroit Metro (On-site)

We are seeking a Product Engineer to lead the development and enhancement of key products in the plumbing and hydronic heating industry. This role involves taking products from concept to market, improving existing designs, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The Product Engineer will work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Global Sourcing, and Quality teams to drive innovation, optimize performance, and enhance profitability.

This position offers a fast track to a Program Management role, providing the opportunity for career advancement within a growing, employee-owned company.

This is a 100% on-site role. Relocation package available

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance products from concept to market.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Global Sourcing on product priorities.
• Manage project budgets and track costs.
• Identify manufacturing partners and ensure compliance with industry certifications.
• Support Quality Control in testing and product improvements.
• Assist in developing training materials and technical content.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years product engineering experience.
• Experience in residential/light commercial plumbing industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
