Production Supervisor (3rd Shift) – Onsite in Illinois
Shift: 5:40 PM – 6 AM
Location: Onsite in Illinois (Relocation assistance available)
Employment Type: Full-time
We’re expanding our operations and currently seeking a driven Production Supervisor to help lead a newly launched production line in our Illinois facility. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing manufacturing organization at a pivotal moment of investment and scale.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and manage a team of 20–25 production operators
Drive operational performance, safety, and efficiency from day one
Partner closely with an experienced Operations Manager who empowers leadership at every level
Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in manufacturing operations (no food/beverage experience required)
A strong track record of continuous improvement initiatives
A passion for developing people and building high-performing teams
Previous supervisory or team leadership experience, ideally in a fast-paced production environment
