Regional Sales Manager – Greater Ontario

Join a growing industrial technology company specializing in advanced inspection, detection, and material sorting solutions. This organization supports manufacturers across industries like food, plastics, and recycling, helping improve product quality, safety, and operational efficiency.

This role is focused on driving sales growth across the Greater Ontario region through a mix of new business development and account management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute territory sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and decision-makers
  • Conduct on-site visits, product presentations, and solution-based sales discussions
  • Deliver accurate forecasts, pipeline updates, and market insights to leadership
  • Maintain a deep understanding of inspection, detection, and sorting technologies to effectively position solutions
  • Provide product guidance and support to ensure successful customer implementation
  • Collaborate with internal teams across marketing, technical support, and customer service
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings

Requirements

  • 3 to 5+ years of sales experience within industrial equipment, automation, or related sectors
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage a territory independently and prioritize effectively
  • Experience using CRM tools and managing a sales pipeline
  • Willingness to travel throughout the Greater Ontario region
