Product Support Specialist

Our client is seeking a technically oriented professional to help customers and internal teams successfully use and maintain specialized products. This role combines problem resolution, knowledge sharing, and coordination with internal technical groups.

Responsibilities

• Assist with questions and issues involving products and their applications

• Research recurring problems and coordinate appropriate resolutions

• Work with internal teams to communicate product issues and potential improvements

• Prepare clear reference materials and internal knowledge resources

• Help develop educational content for employees, customers, and business partners

• Participate in presentations, demonstrations, and knowledge-sharing activities

• Maintain organized records of product inquiries and resolutions

• Help improve processes for handling technical questions and recurring issues

• Build familiarity with assigned products and serve as a resource to other team members

Qualifications

• Technical degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Experience working with technical products, equipment, or applications

• Ability to understand and communicate technical information clearly

• Strong investigative and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable presenting information to different types of audiences

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities

• Organized approach to managing multiple requests and priorities

• Comfortable learning new products, systems, and technologies
