OEM Strategic Account Manager – South Central U.S.
Our client is a globally recognized manufacturer of premium hydraulic solutions trusted by leading OEMs across a wide range of mobile and industrial equipment markets. As part of a continued investment in North American growth, they are seeking an experienced OEM Strategic Account Manager to strengthen existing relationships, develop new business, and serve as a strategic partner to key equipment manufacturers throughout the South Central U.S.

Responsibilities
- Manage and grow strategic OEM accounts throughout Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, and New Mexico.
- Develop and execute account strategies that drive long-term revenue growth and increase market share.
- Build trusted relationships with engineering, purchasing, operations, and executive decision-makers within OEM organizations.
- Identify and pursue new OEM opportunities while expanding existing customer partnerships.
- Partner closely with applications engineering, product management, and internal support teams to deliver technical solutions that meet customer needs.
- Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, competitive activity, and customer product development initiatives.
- Travel approximately 50–75% throughout the territory to support customers and develop new business.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of successful OEM sales experience within hydraulics, fluid power, motion control, or other engineered industrial products.
- Demonstrated success developing strategic OEM relationships and growing complex accounts.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand hydraulic systems and engineered solutions.
- Consultative sales approach with experience selling to engineering, operations, purchasing, and executive stakeholders.
- Self-motivated professional capable of managing a multi-state territory with a high degree of autonomy.
