Inside Sales Representative – OEM Hydraulics
Our client is a globally recognized manufacturer of premium hydraulic solutions serving leading OEMs across a broad range of mobile and industrial equipment markets. As they continue investing in North American growth, they are seeking a technically minded Inside Sales Representative to support key OEM customers while partnering closely with engineering, operations, and outside sales to deliver innovative hydraulic solutions.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary inside sales contact for OEM customers, providing responsive support for product inquiries, quotations, order management, and technical questions.
- Prepare quotations, process orders, and ensure accurate pricing, product configurations, and delivery requirements.
- Partner with OEM Account Managers, Engineering, Operations, Purchasing, and Customer Service to deliver timely, accurate solutions for customers.
- Assist customers with product selection, part identification, hydraulic component selection, and application support.
- Monitor order status, communicate shipment updates, and proactively resolve customer issues to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Maintain accurate customer, pricing, and order information within ERP and CRM systems while supporting continuous process improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, with technical or engineering-related disciplines viewed favorably; equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Previous experience in inside sales, technical support, customer service, applications engineering, or a related role within industrial manufacturing is preferred.
- Recent graduates with strong mechanical aptitude and an interest in technical sales are encouraged to apply.
- Experience with hydraulics, fluid power, motion control, industrial automation, or other engineered products is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Comfortable learning technical products and working with ERP, CRM, Microsoft Office, and other business systems.
