- 8+ years of experience managing technical or scientific programs, ideally in life sciences, biomedical research, or complex technology environments.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong familiarity with program management methodologies including PgMP, PCM, MSP, and Agile/Hybrid frameworks.
- Demonstrated experience authoring or reviewing scientific or technical documentation, such as study summaries, protocols, technical reports, or grant submissions.
- Experience analyzing complex datasets and synthesizing findings for both technical and executive audiences.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel regularly to project sites (monthly, minimum quarterly).
- Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The successful candidate is highly organized, execution-focused, and comfortable working in fast-paced, interdisciplinary environments. They combine scientific literacy with program management expertise, enabling them to coordinate diverse teams, communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and deliver high-quality, impactful results on complex programs.
