Role Overview

This position sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and deployment—owning timelines, coordinating resources, and ensuring successful delivery of technically sophisticated systems. Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
• Coordinate closely with engineering and product teams to ensure alignment and execution
• Track progress, manage risks, and proactively resolve issues and dependencies
• Facilitate communication across teams to ensure clarity and accountability
• Support deployment timelines by coordinating internal teams and external partners
• Adapt project plans as needed to meet evolving requirements and priorities
• Oversee documentation, reporting, and project governance processes

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical project management across hardware and software environments
• Strong understanding of managing complex, multi-disciplinary technical projects
• Experience with Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and cross-functional team coordination
• Proven ability to manage timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence across teams
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., JIRA or similar platforms)
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

Nice to Have

• Experience in robotics, automation, or related technical industries
• Background working in early-stage or high-growth environments
• Formal project management certification (e.g., PMP)
