About the Role

Our client, a global ingredient manufacturer, is seeking a Technical Sales Manager to drive growth within the food industry. This role blends commercial ownership with technical expertise—working closely with customers and internal teams to deliver application-driven solutions and expand market presence.

What You’ll Do

• Drive new business and grow existing accounts within food and ingredient markets
• Build relationships across procurement, R&D, and commercial teams at customer organizations
• Identify and convert new opportunities through a proactive, solutions-based sales approach
• Partner with technical and application teams to support customer needs and product performance
• Contribute to product strategy by identifying market gaps and customer trends
• Provide accurate forecasting, reporting, and market intelligence

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in B2B sales within food ingredients, additives, or related sectors
• Strong technical understanding of ingredient functionality and applications
• Proven track record of new business development and account growth
