-Extensive Management experience (19 crew and 2 salary employees currently, previously 22 and 3 salaried)
-13 years as a Maintenance Manager
-3 years as a Maintenance Supervisor
-Recently moved to St. Louis
-Strong sense of ownership and urgency, used to 24×7 operations and believes in making his crew accountable
-Previous food manufacturing experience and wants back into this (9 years at large food manufacturer)
-Professionally develops self- working on Electrical Automation degree
-Extensive Electrical, pneumatic, and Hydraulic system experience
-Looking for a team environment, stability, and the ability to grow professionally in the food manufacturing industry
