I specialize in recruiting Sales Engineers, focusing on roles like Area Sales Manager and Regional Sales Manager. While that has been my primary focus, I like to think of myself as a jack of all trades, having also worked on placements for Controllers, Plant Managers, and Meat Scientists. My adaptability allows me to take on a variety of searches while ensuring the best possible fit for both candidates and clients.

One of my greatest strengths is building genuine relationships—whether with hiring managers or candidates. I make the process feel personal rather than transactional, emphasizing both skill and culture fit to drive long-term success. My storytelling and branding skills, combined with a strategic, adaptable approach to recruiting, help clients attract top talent and stand out in a competitive market. My networking ability, empathy, and resilience allow me to navigate hiring challenges with ease—and even a little humor.

A proud moment in my career was making one of the fastest rookie placements in Miller Resource Group history, tying our CEO’s record. On my very first day, I sat in on a client intake call just to observe, but I was given the opportunity to take on the search. The first candidate I spoke with was the first I presented—and ultimately, the one they hired. They weren’t the perfect fit on paper, but by digging deeper and truly understanding their story, I was able to position them in a way that convinced the client to take a chance. Seeing them succeed in their role, and hearing their boss rave about them a year later, was the most fulfilling moment of my career so far.

Outside of recruiting, I’m actively involved in Food Executive Women (FEW) and Women in Manufacturing (WIM), where I’ve built incredible connections within the industry.
