I’ve been part of Miller Resource Group for almost nine years, working in search operations to support our recruiters and help drive successful placements. My primary responsibilities include database and data management, candidate sourcing, and building business development lists for general outreach and industry shows.
The two things I enjoy most about my work are the domino effect it can have on people I’ve never even met and the chance to use my problem-solving skills every day. I love finding information that is difficult to uncover—whether it’s the candidates no one else is reaching out to, the hiring managers who aren’t easy to find online, or the hidden opportunities that take a little extra digging. I take pride in going that extra step, setting up the recruiters to use their skills in the best way possible.
Some of my key strengths include an inquisitive mind, puzzle solving, and a thirst for knowledge, along with technical expertise in Boolean search, CRM/ATS management, and sourcing platforms. I always look at the bigger picture, knowing that even the smallest detail can help connect the right people and create opportunities that wouldn’t exist otherwise.
