With a decade of experience in recruiting and four years at Miller Resource Group, I specialize in food manufacturing, with a strong focus on the meat industry. From manager-level positions to the C-suite, I work closely with clients to identify top talent that fits both their technical needs and company culture.

My deep understanding of food manufacturing comes from years of working in the industry and staying actively involved in its evolution. Attending trade shows and industry events allows me to continually grow my network and better understand the challenges my clients face, ensuring I can provide strategic hiring solutions.

Outside of recruiting, I’m an active member of NAMI (North American Meat Institute) and WIMN (Women’s Meat Industry Network), where I continue to build relationships and stay ahead of industry trends.
