I’ve been in recruiting for 10 years, and for the past three years, I’ve been part of the team at Miller Resource Group, specializing in Food & Beverage Manufacturing. In my role as Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, I manage recruitment projects from candidate sourcing to placement. My responsibilities include creatively sourcing candidates using Boolean search techniques, designing and managing multi-channel outreach campaigns, maintaining ATS data, reporting, and supporting conference marketing and business development efforts.

I love creative problem-solving. When a company describes their “unicorn candidate,” I enjoy asking the questions that get to the heart of the “who” they’re looking for. From there, I develop creative keywords and sourcing strategies to bring their vision to life. I also view candidates holistically. Resumes and job descriptions are great tools to get on the same page, but at the end of the day, my focus is getting the right people together. Companies and candidates are so much more than words on a screen!
